I assumed that it would, but I imagine that a very low-level signal audible on speakers/cans (with vol. control knob at its lowes setting) won't be an issue mor most users.

At the lowest setting, it's not bad at all but I can see why it could be surprising to people who expected no sound at all.

This is very subjective guessing, but I'd probably say (to me):

• on lowest setting and low gain it's like whispering level (30 dB?)
• on lowest setting and high gain it's like library conversation level (40 db?)

OK, let me take a guess: a bigger integrated that does 75W into 8 ohms

...has to be either a larger amp or a dac. From my background reading I'd agree with you.the 23 started dev as a more budget offering to get to market with a plan to launch a larger premium amp next. Then the spec of the amp was beefed up to a reference 23r. So assume the bigger amp is still next

Although that's my bet as well, a DAC that would output signal through the company's current-driven Enlink on BNCs also makes sense. Unless there's a greater demand for a more powerful amp. June isn't too far off, so we shall know soon.

Correct, though just the donut foam not full seal… I liked it better this way over full seal, but preferences and rooms vary ha!
