I'm aware that this doesn't affect you, but still... that amp can't be used with speakers

Very similar performance ???Compared to my Niimbus is overpriced (very similar performance).
But i read the enleum was “something else” 10 weeks ago.
Damn, Niimbus is great but Enelum 23r is something else. With 1266 TC is heaven made combo...

I placed an order for one, or at least paid the $1500 order deposit, but not sure if I'll proceed based on the price hike. It was already very expensive and feel that the increase is difficult to justify. I'm sure a 4kg box that delivers the sound (to headphones and speakers) at the level of this device, is an impressive feat. But how expensive can the internal components actually be? I can't help thinking the design in California and manufacture in S Korea is effectively doubling (or more) the real price of this device. Folks may be happy to pay the premium for such a compact product, but I'm seriously reconsidering. $6250 buys a lot of nice kit ...even in 2022!

Well...I am coming from the Speaker/2 Chanel world to the headphones. The price of the Enleum is nothing special there. It is not just a headphone amp and thus does not only speaks to the headphone community.
The real question is wheter the Enleum delivers in it's price category (as an integrated amp and/or headphone amp) or not. Not it's size. It can very well be the case, the you can have a headphone amp only solution cheaper.

Whoops
On a more serious note, people can change their minds once initial infatuations go away, it's all good!

Exactly. On that subject we already have a lot of feedback about Enleum by folks who roll with much more expensive products.

dCS remote is now over $650. I sold my Bartok for what I paid for it after the price increases and ended up with MSB they actually include the remote.I would consider Auris to be consumer friendly. dCS charges $500 for a remote for the Rossini. That being said I find myself a little dubious for the need of isolation feet on a SS amp especially for those of us using it as a headphone amplifier exclusively.

Which MSB remote did you get? When I got my Analog DAC, it came with a very basic MSB remote, and I had to buy another more elaborate MSB one to have the functionality I needed. It was still under $200, though.dCS remote is now over $650. I sold my Bartok for what I paid for it after the price increases and ended up with MSB they actually include the remote.
They all ship with the new remote with a wheel in the middle. I had the discrete right now but really want to move up to the premire.Which MSB remote did you get? Manage to snatch one at the old price.. hopefully it will arrive within the week... super hype... hope it pairs well with the dca stealth. Anyone try fuse rolling with the 23r? I need to replace the fuse anyways because it is from a 110v region, might as well put something better in.

That would be interesting, I haven't seen too many posts related to fuses here on HF.

Something like this should work fine, if you want something fancy, go to 鴨記 or labkable and ask.
