If the gain is set to high will it remain on high despite going to standby mode and then back into power mode with the power button ?as soon as I turn it to standby volume goes to zero...when I start it back up it starts at zero...the only issue I tend to have is the tricky process of changing the gain level from low to high...

Strange that mine doesn't. It's easy to work around, but seems like a software issue - I just got one of the first batches. Really don't want to send back to Korea for something like this.
On the 23R, it's much easier to change gain from high to low and vice versa. you just hold the center button on the remote, and when the LED starts flashing, use the up and down keys to move to V1 for low gain and V2 for high gain. After that's set, you hold the center button on the remote again and it locks it in.

Yes, on my unit the high/low gain stays where you set it until you manually change it.

I want to compare the sound from my dCS Bartok via:
Here's the Bartok:
I've asked Enleum but haven't heard back yet...
- Bartok RCA (uses an op amp output) to Enleum RCA
- Bartok XLR (uses a discrete Class A stage) to Enleum RCA

Remember that each output of the Bartok (xlr and rca) needs to be broken in separatelyI want to compare the sound from my dCS Bartok via:
For option 2 I need to know how I should wire the RCA connector that attaches to the Enleum. Anyone know which pin goes to which pin?

He's a legit audio enthusiast aside from being a sponsor
I am one indeed, thanks! That in fact makes my work here easier
in interest of getting thread back on track, I’ve got an Enleum 23R incoming and have decided to lock up the checkbook as this is Endgame for sure. Very exciting looking forward to hearing this beauty.
You should be very happy with Enleum considering how much traction over the years the small Bakoon got in the Susvara thread and among the audio press.

You might want to save time and trouble and just buy a quality adapter cable. For example:I want to compare the sound from my dCS Bartok via:

I have not received the Enleum yet, currently working with TT2-Wells Milo-DCA Stealth. I have heard that Enleum, outside of maybe Wells Headtrip, is one of the only SS amps that can take these cans up to the next notch. I am waiting (impatiently) for the glorious unit lolGreat cans! I understand, for a second there I thought that you already have that amp. It outputs 4 watts into 60 ohms, which is more than DCA Stealth (87dB and 23 ohms so easier than Susvara) need

Those are awesome shots, but this comes as no surprise considering their author
It's interesting where he puts that Enleum amp among other way pricier products he owns.

I'm running the DCA Stealth headphones out of a dCS Bartok and I don't think it has the power required to get them off the ground (still very nice, though). I was looking at the AMP-23r as an option for the Stealths. People have told me they need more power and I've been interested in Enleum since Bakoon.
I've also been thinking of other headphone options that are easier for the Bartok to drive, such as the Meze Elite. Try the amp, try other headphones...
Anything else on the Stealth + AMP-23r pairing would be appreciated once you have the amp.
