Other than the truely awe inspiring Floats

I don't think any pair of headphones are really "professional". What everybody has suggested are shiny, and metal. I don't see how that can be more professional than the plastic ipod headphones. It seems more of a gimmick actually.
I can only see headsets like ones pilots wear as semi professional. Or maybe ones that look like earplugs.

how about yuin ok3's
those look very subtle.
more professional than having bling bling metal iems coming out of your ears.
plus iems are bad because you can't hear people and it's very annoying having people tapping you on the shoulder and then you ripping your iems out of your ears. \
I did that for a while and my canals got irritated
on that note
sorry for the high-jacking but i think plain black earbuds are best for cube farm settings

NE-7M's might do the trick for $50.Attachment 15478

Or you might think the copper gold color is garish

Here is a review by HeadPhoneAddict who is a regular on these boards. They are highly regarded phones for their price (on Head-Fi and pretty much everywhere else including Amazon customer votes) and work with Iphones and other microphone enables Ipods.
