Thank you for suggesting the Raptgo Bridge. Considering that they're $70 or so less than these, how close are they to the Quintets in terms of overall performance?Letshuoer Galileo has a very similar tuning to the Quintet (but with some treble rolloff that makes it more forgiving of bad recordings). Resolution isn't as good, but the timbre is very natural. It's smaller and has no ridges. Very comfortable.
Raptgo Bridge (with the E filters and switch 1 on) would also be a good alternative if you want a smaller shape.
I was told that the Bridge is open back. If so, how come it has better bass compared to the Quintet which is closed back?Concur. The Bridge is a similar set but with richer, more detailed bass. It’s generally a bit more transparent than the Quintet too.
