Anyone looking forward or know more info on this: http://theinquirer.net/?article=17865. it's supposed to have Ipod internals, so i'm looking forward to at least seeing it.

That's the only photo I've ever seen, and it's actually pretty old. It would make sense that it's based on the 3g iPod now that the 4g is out. I don't think it'll sell at $299 though.

The hPod will be based on the 4G iPod, and will look identical, except for the HP logo engraved on the back. Same prices too. Why you would buy it..? Dunno. I suppose HP plans on offering it bundled with thier other crap.

I'd buy it if it was free of audio-problems

That said, my experience with HP desktops left a very bad taste in my mouth, so I might steer clear of their DAP offering.
