Problem I have with the Bryston is mostly academic but more importantly, its not described in a way that I want to head. But until I actually hear my PWD2 I can't write it off. HeadAmp gear tends to hold its value pretty well because of the build time and quality so its not too risky to try the GS-X v2.
If it ends up being a GS-1 with MOAR POWER!!! I don't think it would be too hard to sell. And again for all I know, the GS-1 was simply showing the W4S DAC-2 for what it was while the Peak coloured the sound in a more pleasant light. I know I ended up preferring the Octave to the DAC-2 so who knows PWD2+GS-X2 might just be a match made in heaven. Also have a Dynahi coming but that won't be completed until late winter, early spring... I hope

This is the only one I would consider...
But I prefer the current logo. Messing with a brand's symbol is tricky. Lots of the entries would make the brand look like a toy.

Nah, I personally know others who have waited longer for BHSE! I wouldn't change the logo personally. Looks perfect already.

I sent the GS-X w/ the new modules to Kevin Gilmore to see what he thinks of the changes to the module design. Will see what he has to say about it with the HE-6 (I already know it's loud..)
