Well, many of you know our lovely member Skylab. I was in bind after selling all of my portable equipment and was looking to buy a cheap Cmoy for recreational use. Skylab GAVE me the amp and sold me the LOD at a very reasonable price. I have now made some money and wanted to upgrade my system. I made myself an LOD and recently bought a HeadSix (after hearing it over at Skylab's place - Chicago Meet).

In the spirit of that kindness, I am also giving it to another broke college-fi member. The LOD will go to another individual ( not as a kit since the winner may not need an LOD).

UPDATE: I accidentally tripped over the charger and broke off one of the plugs (the charger is really cheap). As a substitute, I just put in a brand new 9V battery.
* I wouldn't worry about battery much - you get ~30-35 hours per charge.

Hey OP!

I remember reading a post of yours I think where you said you would give it away someday to pass on the good deed. I'm glad to see you remembered! Would be so easy to just let it slide.

I have the next version of the Visely. While I hardly use it, I think it's a great amp for anyone who needs a portable solution.

I have a friend just getting into headphones just this last week. If he keeps his interest up, I think I may just follow your lead and pass it on to him. I'll think about it for a while first though, to make sure he's really interested. He's at the stage where he doesn't see the need for an amp just yet. Wouldn't want to give it to someone who wouldn't appreciate it.

Maybe I'm not QUITE as generous as you.
