My Phonitor E headphone amp is haunted. I am breaking in IEMs and this amp turns the volume down by itself. This includes turning the actual volume knob down to zero. Playing music from Tidal, the volume is not turned up very high to begin with. It has happened at least 3 times today. At this moment, I have a twist tie end wedged in between the knob and where it is recessed into the case of the amp. Anybody have any good ideas?
