Ah I see. Never done it in Foobar since I'm on Linux, but those two programs (lame and SoX) are available for Windows. What the exact Foobar plugin for making diff files is, I don't know… anyone?

SoX is a command line utility that can work with Windows or MacOS X, too. Should work similar to Linux.
