As the most important HiFi customer of ESS China, the vice president of the global Robert Wong and his team made a visit to FiiO on the occasion of the 16th anniversary.

Since 2015, FiiO has been using ESS's DAC chips and has established a close relationship with them. Today, we visited the product experiencing hall and reviewed dozens of devices that ESS and FiiO have worked together over the years. The ESS team praised FiiO's ability to fully utilize the performance and potential of their DACs, allowing users around the world to listen to their DACs’ unique sound.

During the visit, the ESS team also presented FiiO with a Diamond Customer Award and discussed with FiiO about future product planning and further marketing cooperation. In the future, we will work together to create more popular high-quality HiFi devices.

Congratulations Fiio, my entry to portable hifi was all thanks to Fiio E7.

Your continuous R&D has provided much needed competition in the portable sector.

Congratulations FiiO, keep up the great work of providing affordable quality products and most importantly thank you for engaging with and listening to what your customers actually want from your products, a rare thing in this day and age :relaxed:

Looking at your profile, you're a but of a Fiio fan person!

I've had a few DAPs and all excellent. I'm hoping to try some wired in ears soon.

Not all my stuff is FiiO but a large portion is. I used to buy Astell & Kern DAP's almost religiously however some the basic stuff they couldnt get right like for example the battery depleting by itself even though the unit is switched off (Im talking 15% per week), I dont have issues like that with FiiO. Credit where credit is due even FiiO IEM's are really good too and offer really good value relative to some of the boutique brands, once again I had a pair of Campfire Audio Solaris 2020 which were quite nice I bought them to replace the Shure SE846, I heard the FiiO FH9 and it to my ears at least was better than both at half the cost. If your going for wired IEM I highly recommend the FiiO FD7, FiiO's finest and very underated.

Congrats to the FiiO Team. I've appreciated a number of your products and use at least one daily (K7, FF3).

Every FiiO SKU I've experienced to date has been high in quality and your service group has always been responsive and helpful. I look forward to future successes from your organization!
