What's the return policy for Amazon warehouse? Or for used items in particular? I really really wanna buy this but I don't know how the sound signature is, and I can't find anywhere to test these headphones near Montreal. I'm tempted to buy and just return them if they don't suit me but I can't find out whether they'll take em back. If you can give me a link it'd be great, I can't find this info.

If it's a refurb, a full Sennheiser warranty is a 90 day warranty. Not bad, but good to know.

Whats the refund warranty when ordering used components throught Amazon? Do we have to deal directly with the seller or amazon?

With the seller, but through Amazon's contact system.
 
Amazon will step in and go to bat for you if you have a problem, to the point of refunding you and charging the retailer if they are in the wrong.
