Off topic, but if you buy used CDs or DVDs on Amazon it appears the shipping rates are set to rise by a dollar next month, making those cheapies less cheap. Personal preference. I have both and I prefer the HD600, it seems to not have as much of a veil effect and music seems to be better represented.
That said, both are great headphones within their respective price range, with the 650's always being higher priced.
