New Head-Fier
Statics, and cut outs...
I have a pair of SR60 headphones (no "i," no "e"...just SR60), which still work fairly well. The problem is that there is a disconnect in the "joiner" such that the right wire (from my PoV) will crackle and disconnect from the joiner. I have it clipped to the other wire now (binder clip) and it works well so long as it is held in place.
My question is whether it is worthwhile to have it repaired by Grado, to attempt repair myself, or just use it until it dies, then get a new pair. Thanks for any thoughts!
