the copper came off on the cmoy im building.

i need help DIY, my first time posting. been lurking for awhile. anyways, ive spent my whole weekend on this amp, first time building one and soldering on a board, my issue is that is when i was soldering the copper came off the board, and since it was on of the resistors im not sure what to do. im using tangetsofts guide. please help.

Cheap perfboard doesn't withstand resoldering very well. It's fine for a project like my CMoy Pocket Amp tutorial, because you're expected to just solder each joint in turn, start to finish.  If you plan on experimenting, or mess up during the build a lot, you'll either want to be using a higher grade experimenter's board ($$) or expect to rebuild the project occasionally through the experimentation process.
 
If you haven't been resoldering any joints, just creating each in turn and then moving on, your iron is probably too hot.
