Just to update everyone, the car has been sold.

The 2nd gen TL was plagued with transmission problems. the tranny went, acura refused to goodwill a replacement since i was 52 miles over the limit

so i had to cough up 5k for a replacement. Took a couple months to save up the 5k for it since i had tons of bills so by time i got it done, i fell out of love with the car. parted out the small audio system, the work wheels, the suspension, and sold the car for 9k.

When i got her out the shop

The cloth on the seat is an attempt to keep my butt dry that day.

And lastly a pic of my buddys car. Propably not fast enough to do something stupid in lol. My pickup in the background and my friend standing there. You cant quite see my bass fishing boat but you can see the bow mount motor a little.

Google "Tail of the dragon" 318 curves in 11miles up and over the mountain! Take your toys there for real excitement! I took my Miata down there, never got out of third gear, damn near scared my wife to death.

I'm not really a cruiser person, except for my 1971 BMW R60/5, but this bike is really sweet looking:

Closing in on another season. Hopefully just as enjoyable as the previous ones...

At least the ride is ready, just waiting for the right road conditions.

What a moment!
Un-boxing two NOS (New Old Stock) iconic Honda bikes. A VFR750R (1989) and an NR750 (1992).

Forget about ergonomics. That thing looks like it has a co-efficient of friction of 150!

OMG! Very sad news, I remember when I took my MSF (motorcycle safety foundation) course and they said to always check your '6' and leave the bike in gear at stops so you can make a quick get away. But these poor riders had no chance, RIP.
