JVC seems to be very seriously about bass. I have the over ears HA SZ2000 in my arsenal, and they are also endgame bass cannons. I will probably give these iems a shot later this year. How are they with femal voices?

Another vote for a fully burned-in FXZ200. I like those little bass monsters so much, I bought 2!!

Have a look at how they were designed and tuned. Very intersetng stuff on how to stuff a woofer in an earphone.

You mean it is a must buy?

If you don't mind looking like Frankenstein, if you are ok with EQ'ing, and if you love your sub-bass impact, and you want it all in IEM format, then Yes!

Frankenstein, ha! I have the SZ2000. You can clearly see them yourself out of the corner of your eye when you are wearing them. And I have the Sony XBA-H3 which also looks huge in one's ear.

I think the Audio Technica ATH-IM50s should be added to the list if they haven't already. Very impactful bass for an extremely cheap price.

Well i was about to grab the H-300's but after esmBOS' post about those JVC's i decided to pick those up. I might pick up the H-300's at a later date when they drop down a bit in price and give those a go.

I've got the cheapest XX earbuds they have...and they definitely put just about everything else in the $5-$20 price range to shame, not just in audio quality but in bass. I could only imagine what the other IEMs and their headphones could produce. I could hear every instrument in a song...and the bass was thumping, even with an amp and multiple bass boosts/EQs the quality still would shine through.
