TF10 vs. GR07?

Can someone with experience give me their opinion on this? I have a TF10, and don't exactly like its V-shaped sound signature. How does the GR07 match up against this, and what are their sound signatures like? And is the GR07 an upgrade over the TF10, or is it all a matter of personal preference? Also, feel free to recommend me some other IEMs in this price bracket, or Sub-$100 with a warm sound signature.

for tho many the GR07 is superb and has a great even balance.  its not quite at tf10 levels of resolution but its close enough that its superb balance more than makes up for it.  you cant get anything else as all round accomplished for the money.
