Hi everyone,

Sorry for another thread like this but I am a newbie and I need help making decisions.

I'm currently using TF10 and am thinking of buying a dap to use with it.
I listen to various types of music but mainly pop.

Could you suggest any daps that goes well with my TF10?
Also, looking from the specs of the iBasso DX50, would it suit the TF10 as I heard that its more of a warm dap?

Thanks for helping and please forgive me for my newbieness.

We don't know much about DX50 yet or how it will sound as the first batch is still waiting to be shipped, what you read about it being warm is most likely just speculation due to the DAC it uses, which is not necessarily the case at all because a lot will come down to implementation and many other components inside the player.

I suggest you keep an eye on the new thread and wait for some impressions in coming days/weeks.

This is the new thread and appreantly DX50 impressions will be posted there. (apparently)

There's two players I know of that sound nice with TF10.

1) Sansa Clip+
2) Colorfly C3

Another option would be to add the C&C BH amp to your current source.

Here is the amps thread.

Personally I would hold some patience and see what members say about DX50 in coming days, I think it'll be the best choice for you. There's another option, FiiO X3 but it has been proven to sound warm.
