At 500 Hz you can reliably hear pitch differences of 1.3125 Hz, which means you did better than approximately 93.9% of people who took our test!

Happy enough with that

I highly recommend staying away from this website if you dislike spam. After entering my email to receive the results, the amount of spam in my mailbox increased from almost none to more than twenty per day.

I think that this may be unrelated. I have received no spam as a result of taking this test.

At 500 Hz you can reliably hear pitch differences of 1.4375 Hz, which means you did better than approximately 92.2% of people who took our test!

I thought I was doing awful during the test using AD2000, but test tells otherwise :)

"At 500 Hz you can reliably hear pitch differences of 2.1875 Hz, which means you did better than approximately 81.3% of people who took our test!"

With cheap earbuds and the washing machine churning away in the background. Will try with better conditions and phones later, though wouldn't expect much improvement.

I suspect having good headphones might actually be worse for this test. The more uneven the response, the more you'll hear a difference in volume as well. At least in theory.

"At 500 Hz you can reliably hear pitch differences of 1.5625 Hz, which means you did better than approximately 90.3% of people who took our test!"

With a modded Yamaha HP-50S and no big background noise.

Tried it, think I did pretty well, but apparently work blocked the incoming email.

Oh well.

Okay, the email came in to the "Spam Prevention Quarantine Summary" so I was able to manually deliver it to myself.

Didn't do as well as I'd hoped. I got 1.5 Hz / better than 91.2% of people.

Used ATH-M50s.
