Hello Headfi'ers,
My impression about sound of DAC I is positive.
This DAC is connected to my Cyrus Dad3 cd player, with another supply PSX-R in external chassis.
The source have "british sound" warm, detailed, high frequency silky, med warm, vocal is beautiful. This with his two DAC of Cyrus (DAC-Q module add).
With TOS link to DAC I the sound of my Cyrus, is transfer to balanced output of DAC I, detailed, trasparency, little warm, like a FET.
I not Know if two DAC of Cyrus is utilzed for TOS link, but DAC I have similar (not equally) sound of Cyrus. I think.
