If they’re silicone—and most eartips are—virtually nothing but silicone will stick to them. You can get tub caulk or aquarium sealant, or you can buy Sugru, which is a silicone putty that comes in a bunch of different colors. They aren’t “temporary” like, say, the adhesive on a post-it note, but you should have no trouble getting all the residue removed when/if you decide to change tips.
Heh, forgot about this thread. I did find a solution for my DM6 headphones. I took a Bic pen and cut it up into mini cylinders which were as long as I could make them while still being able to slip the silicone tips on, then slide the cylinder over. I'll try to embed an image.
