Anybody do (or know anyone who had done) this before? I am really interested in some international travel, and this seems like the perfect outlet. I am particularly interested in Spain or Latin America but open to suggestions.

I've been trying to find some info on the 'net but all the websites are trying to sell you something, so they are obviously biased. I just want some actual stories from people who have done it.......
