I'm going to be making some new speaker cables out of the 4S11.

What size of techflex will work for the 4S11? Will the 1/4" be too small for that cable?

thanks

Techflex expands, so measure the diameter of your cable, then use the same diameter Techflex, and it should work fine. If you plan on making your cable larger (bigger diameter), then I suggest a larger diameter Techflex.

1/4" inch will work, and you will get the same effect as the monster thx cables. ie see through wire mesh.

3/8" will work but will not be transparent, but still fit snugly.

Since the canare 4s11 is grey, i would stick with the 3/8" sleeving, and if you want two tone, get the 1/4" and sleeve over the 3/8"

Thanks! I went ahead and ordered some 3/8" techflex. I do have some 1/4" on the way as well but I'll prolly save them for making interconnects. I should be able to cover a few interconnects with 75' of it.
