Well, after a long time lurking, reading and deciding... I've finally purchased the Sony MDR-V6. I think they will be extremely versatile headphones for my uses (Music, Games, Live/Studio monitoring, on a tight budget!). I figure I can't go wrong for $60!

Anyways, my main question was where to get these Beyerdynamic pads that everyone seems to recommend. Do I order them directly from Beyerdynamic or can I get them cheaper somewhere else? Also... which model pads am I looking for?

If there are any other links to things I could mod on these cans, or good additions to them, please let me know!

Congratulations on the V6s........nice choice. The pads can be ordered direct from Beyerdynamics. They should have a toll free # on their website. The cost is $22 shipped. You want the pads for the Beyer DT250......make sure you get the velour pads. Good luck.
