When my UD-301 DAC is working correctly, it sounds great. But it never works for more then a day or so before it starts to malfunction. What happens is the frequency lights begin to flash and the sound fidelity becomes a garbled mess. I am using 64-bit Windows 10 Pro. Usually a re-load of the TEAC ASIO drivers gets it working again, but only for a few hours. I haven't heard any problems when using the TEAC HD Player. These issues seem to be limited to when I'm streaming (MusicBee).
Anyone else have this problem and know of a solution?
Thanks in advance.
** SOLVED ** Found solution on another forum. Changed from using USB 2.0 connection to USB 3.0 connection on the PC end. Problem went away. I have no idea why - TEAC is clear that this is a USB 2.0 device. Maybe something with my MB.. I don't know.
