Teac DV-H350 as a source

Does anyone use the Teac DV-H350 as their source? I'm looking for a new CDP for my bedroom (headphones only). I use Senns/Etys with an amp. Looking for a decent source for under $400.00. Also considering the Philips 963SA. Any suggestions? Thanks.
