Hey,

I can't really make a decision what to get:
1)Takstar pro 80
2) Takstar HD 6000
3) JVC HA-S500
4) JVC HA-S400

fav genres: dubstep, electro, edm, and reggae

I'm mainly looking for cheap under 100$ bass monsters, I have Sennheiser HD II 25 and i'm happy with 'em

Well, I read that pro80 are not comfortable to wear for long time ... HD6000 seems to be huge comparing to my Sennheiser ... S500 is a bit big also ... and S400 some people said after burning the sound goes bad ... lol i'm frustrated, HELP :)

I need your opinion in terms of size, comfortability, and surely sound

Thanks!!

That would tell me that the head-fi bassheads do not consider your choices as good basshead headphones. So - if you are looking for bass monsters, maybe these aren't the best choice? Were there any headphones in that thread that are in your price range?

well .. i'm not sure this is right to say.

I've tried some of the headphones in the 0-100$ list (jvc mr77 , panasonic citiscape downtown and akg k81), and i can tell that for instance Takstar HD5500 (which i had before), take them easily. The pro 80 and HD6000 supposed to be ever bassiers based on some threads in head-fi

To be honest, I don't find the S500 to be extremely bass emphasised. I have the Amperior's and I find them to be more bassy than my S500. The sound on the JVCs is leaner and more spacious. Personally, the JVCs give me a more enjoyable listening experience.

I own all four of those headphones, I like the Pro 80s the best.
JVC HA-S400/S500 if you need something that's easy to store and use while traveling.
HD 6000 are like the Takstar version of the Audio Technica ATH-M50X.
