I'm not sure I would be able to say the HD2000 is a "clone" of the CAL (Creative Aurvana Live), but Takstar does make headphones that looks kind of like clones of name brand headphones, if they make it look exactly the same Takstar would get sued.
I have bought several Takstar headphones and found them to be a really good bang for the buck (sound quality wise).
Longevity might be an issue with Takstar headphones, I would not expect Takstar headphones to last as long (without breaking) as my Beyerdynamic headphones.

What uses are you looking for in a headphone?
Just to offer something, Audio Technica ATH-WS99 headphones will sell used for just over $100.
Slightly bassy, but nice sound quality.

like it to be full highs and bass ,or at least full bright piercing triple ....

where I live all those choices with almost the same price
Takstar Hd2000
Tascam Th02
Isk Hp2011

I'm fairly sure the Takstar, Tascam TH02 & ISK HP2011 are made by the same company and chances are all made in the same factory.
They look different and may use different drivers (diaphragms), so some might be more bassy or offer more treble then others, etc.
If you look around, I'm guessing you will find the ISK HP2001 sold under 5 to 10 different names (with different paint jobs)
The ISK HP2011 use to be sold under the name Takstar Pro 80, Gemini HSR-1000, Kingston HyperX Cloud, etc

that is interesting

now I'm between the Takstar Hd2000 and ISK HP2011 ....any suggestions?
thanx
I would go for the ISK HP2011, as they seem to be about the same as my Gemini HSR-1000 and the thought the HSR-1000 offered great audio quality, for the price.
