So this is why I won't buy any T-Peos products anymore:
 
1. Preordered the T-Peos Altone200 right at the beginning
2. Received a broken one with a tad of channel imbalance and low bass quantity
3. They told me that they will declare the replacement unit worth $30
4. Got a replacement within 1 week :)

Everything fine till now where it starts to get strange
5. Had to pay a second time duties, because they forgot and declared it even $5 higher than the price before =/
6. Wrote them an email and we got to the solution that they will pay it back and even better the shipping cost for the reshipping of the broken earphone as well.
7. Send the earphone back
8. Earphone arrived one month later (27.10)
9. Wrote them an email, no response
10. Wrote them another email after 2 week, no response
11. Wrote them at head-fi
 
Still haven't received any response or refund till now =(
That makes me sick! At the beginning the support was top notch, but after I received the replacement almost everything went strange.
In total I had to pay 125$(preorder) + 40$ (duties) + 40$ (second time duties) + 20$ (shipping back) = 225$ for one working T-Peos Altone200...
 
Note: This is an excellent earphone and I love it. So I don't want to blame them for making a bad product but the quality of customer support is lacking.
 
UPDATE: Got the shipping cost + duties ($60) on monday. Took a while but finally I got it and I'm still satisfied by the Altone200
