I bought the Sony WH-1099Xm3 head phones last year. Charged them up but didn’t use them until this recent lockdown. Worked fine in the garden for a couple of weeks. I recharged them and then my problems started. It shows the battery is 100% but when ever I go for a walk out in the streets they just switch off. It could be straight away or after 20 mins. It’s started to do it at home now, while in the garden
Any thoughts please?
