You might get an invoice from the freight company later (who paid the duty themselves to expedite the transit) - which is what happened with my Gigabag from Headroom...or you might not

Yeah, i'd thought of that. Maybe it's time to move and leave no forwarding address...

I'd expect the moving to cost a lot more than import fees in this case

. On the other hand, if I ordered an ATH-W5000 along with an HA-5000... D'oh, I should stop thinking about it... right... now...

Mmmh. My credit has been charged 10/14 and the HF-1s still haven't arrived in Germany. Do I have to worry?

I personally wouldn't although it's funny (atleat to me) if 10/14 is representative of a date as it's only the 12th atleast in the States.

Sorry, but I don't get the meaning of your post.

I misread the post. Given that your card was charged a month ago (assuming that 10/14 is a date), then I'd send Todd an email or call him about the status of youur order. Although it might be held up in customs or something. But first I'd contact Todd to see what's up with the order, like if it's even been shipped out. If that's so, then I'd start to be curious about stuff. Do you have a tracking number or something?

I've send Todd an email now and will wait for his answer. Unfortuntely I don't have a tracking number. I'm not sure, but I'd expect a packet from the USA to take no longer than 2 weeks to europe. Weird.

Hrmm any update on the shipping status of the last/next bunch?

I know he posted two/three weeks, but that seems like it was soooo long ago....

It's too late to get one from TTVJ but there are a few floating around in the FS section.

Yes, you'll need the adapter. There is no difference between the 2 in terms of SQ, but you may want to go with the Grado adapter because it's design gives a little strain relief.

However, I believe Sennheiser offers one similar to the Grado for less $. Someone else will have to confirm, though.
