Hey, so I don't know whether this has been discussed or not before, but I've had my heartbeats for over a year, and while uncomfortable a bit because of the design, I am in love with the sound. After a using them for a year the sound is exactly where I want it and it's progressed to an enjoyable level.
I guess I put them in my bag with my books and the books were laying on the iPod controls, messing with the play button. So if I don't hold the headphones a certain angle, I have full sound but the controls malfunction, causing the music to pause, play, skip, & launch Siri. Has anybody got a clue if you could potentially just remove the iPod controls, whether through an option in the iOS menu or actually physically taking them off?
