Just picked up a 4 pack of AAA rechargeables, 750 mAh 1.5v . Monster Power. Regular was 20$., got for 5.49$ a 4 pack. Awesome. Circuit city carries them if anyone is wondering. I was skeptical about a 1.5v rechargeable but i emailed Monster, and they comfirmed that they were 1.5 and not 1.2

If u check Xin's forum, many people bought the AccuPower Ap1000, 1000mAh AAA NiMH, theyre da best.

Ah. well even at 5.49$ a 4 pack i dont think i went wrong

After shelling out close to $400 for an amp, $11 a 4 pack is not bad at all...
sp if you use power hungry opamps (627..)

I just read that the AccuPower Ap1000 are only 1.2V

I think you were right to be sceptical. All NiMH cells are 1.2V - it's all down to electrochemistry.
