Hello all, it's been quite a while since I last visited the forums.

I don't remember how long ago but I purchased a super mini amp that worked just fine. Then I let it sit for probably half a year or more. After trying to use it again it was dead so I assumed it was the batteries and replaced them. Now what I get is brief sound that almost immediately fades away. What kind of problems could have occured from it just sitting? Any ideas? Is there anything I can do? Thanks

The amp was sitting there for half a year or so WITH THE BATTERIES LOADED? Are the battery contacts clean? Did some liquid leaked out from the old batteries?

The contacts are clean and there was no leaking of batteries.
