Okay, I'm going to build a new computer and I want a sound card that has a nice mic in for online games and puts out good sound for headphones ie: music listening and gaming. I have an amp so any suggestions under or around $200 would be appreciated.

For games the Audigy2 is unbeatable and you can digitally connect it to the 0404 or 1212m. Maybe you can get a A2 together with a 1212m for under $200.

Using the Digital out on the A2 into the Digital in on the E-MU (Co-ax).
