Hello,
Currently own CAL!'s at home and Takstars 2050 at work,
I use an asus u7 at home and s.m.s.l m2 at work to power them.

I want to upgrade my CAL!'s but i really cant decide on what to buy,

at one point i wanted to buy the HM5's or NVXes but ive seen the pro 80 should be better but i already have the 2050 and buying pro 80's for home seems not to be a big upgrade if at all over my CAL!s.
 
I play Games at home(shooters and RTS), and also watch movies so bass is important to me(I like the rumble as long as it doesn't take over the sound).
also i Listen to hip hop mostly.

So lets say the budget is probably around 150$, 
what do you recommend?

The CAL is pretty good for what I read. I'm inclined to say wait until you can spend around $300. Or if you're a verizon customer you can get the PSB or a HP50 for about $190. If you don't want to spend that much what do you like better, the CAL or the 2050? The pro 80 will sound like the 2050 but will have quite a bit more bass.
