Listen mainly to classical and vocal stuff, usually these days mostly use the Triple.Fi out of Govibe-v6 or Echo Indigo at work and K701 with XCanV3 at home. Want to try out something with will give me lush/warm sound instead of analytical sound you get with k701.

Also k701 seems to be unsitable due to its size and looks for using at work, need something more subdued looking.

My goal is to spend < $500, is it better spent on an AMP (Millet hybrid or LisaIII or something ...) or on get different headphones with my existing amps that will give the results I am looking for ?

Have heard headroom amps tend to be warm as well, do you think the 2007 mini/micro may have something for me as well ?

If LisaIII does not come back or its price goes up and Xin reference backorder situations dont improve, I may want to consider portable millet as my options unless there is something else in that range. Yes I do need the amp to be portable, not necessarily pocketable.
