Suggest a good convertible tablet PC?

I have an older HP convertible tablet. it has a touch screen interface so you can use a stylus or a finger. I used it to write all my notes in my undergrad. I would suggest a model with an RF pen rather than the touch interface. I found the touch screen to be too inaccurate for things like drawing graphs, sometimes the line was mm from where the pen was. The HP I have also has problems with the GPU overheating and desoldering itself.

I've had friends with Toshiba, fujitsu and Asus convertable tablets that all seemed good and were happy with them. the fujitsu ones are really nice but pricey.
