1)  The system lets you click "Subscribe" even if you already are subscribed
2)  Clicking on the above doesn't allow to choose the type of subscription;  simply applies the default from your Profile Settings
3)  There is no way to Unsubscribe from a thread while viewing the thread
4)  There is no way to change Subscription Type of a thread while viewing the thread

The subscription also gets changed when you reply again to a thread, back to the default selection in the "Get notified when others reply?" combo box.

Edit - Yep, subscription overwritten. The combo box should probably default to the current state of the thread subscription, not the profile default.
