Hi,

I'm looking for a pair of IEM's that won't set me back more than $70. They won't be used to heavily, and when used, not for longer than 45 minutes. I will be using them with a Creative Zen V, and Archos AV500 and an Iriver H320. The music I will be listening to is mainly rock.

So, I've been looking at the Shure E2c's and the JVC Marshmallows. Which do you recommend, or what other IEMs do you recommend?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Maybe iM616 for $70 on Amazon, or the ER-6i?

What type of music do you listen to?

imo the E2c is a lot better than the CX300 in sound quality and isolation.
I consider the JVC marshmallows to be in the same league as the CX300.

E2c has got to be the best IEM under 100$.
You can find them for $69.99 at some online retailers.

630s the same as cx300s, not worth 30 more dollars in my opinion. Nice heavy bass for rock, but possibly im616 i heard theyre nice and detailed. Havent tried them tho.

Yea... give the iM616 a search and see if you like what you read about them. They're based on the ER-6i's, and are supposed to be better. I don't know, though, because I've never listened to either.

EDIT: Sorry for double post.
