Sub $200 Headphones

I'm trying to buy a really good pair of headphones but I don't know what to get. I listen to all kinds of music so I want a flat eq. I just need it under $200. Any suggestions?

Yeah, I know, I ordered some earlier this week, but I won't be convinced that they're the same until I get them into the mancave and test them. They should be here next week and I'll let everyone know what I come up with.
