So I got some new bookshelf speakers. I'm using my DAC from my computer to the receiver to the speakers. The best place for the DAC to fit is next to one of the speakers but sitting up on its side instead of flat on the feet. Is this a problem? I just want to make sure before I kill my DAC.

It's in a spot were that wouldn't be a concern. I just want to make sure there's nothing going on inside that being on the side might cause some issues. If so, I can try to find a better spot but real estate on my desk is limited now. I used to have it sitting on top of my computer tower which was on my desktop but with these new speakers, they are pretty big so I have to move the tower down below which I guess I could move the DAC down there too and keep it on top of the computer, but then I'll need to get new RCA's to reach the receiver and my headphone amp(s).
