I've never owned gear equipped with VU meters before, so this is new to me. The left VU meter needle on my Phonitor appears to be 'stuck.' It'll wiggle a hair or three when I've got music playing, but is otherwise not nearly as responsive as the right meter is. Do you suppose it just needs some dusting, or maybe some lubricant? While I'm at it, is there any sort of regular maintenance care that VU meters require to keep working well?

Wow an old thread but new problem, the Phonitor left channel is behaving the same, how did you fix it?
