Rick, did you mean to put an LED+resistor across each channel of the dual-mono power supply? I just re-read it and was wondering if that's what you were saying.

In any case, I put an LED+resistor in series across the bad PSU channel and the voltage was fine.

sorry 'bout the late reply man but yes , that is what i meant

load every power supply output equally with a led (proper polarity of course) and measure the output voltages to check for proper levels
