Does anyone have any suggestion for a readily available in the UK mmcx cable for classic (outer) ear phones. Everything I have found has shaped hooks for the cable to go over your ears, but I need a straight cable. Even the Shure cable I am currently using isn't quite right as the last couple of inches of the cable is stiff so that it can be formed to go over my ears.

I remember being frustrated years ago that I couldn't find an over ear pre-shaped balanced cable for Shure IEM's now it seems that all mmcx cables 3.5 TRS and 2.5 TRRS are all pre-shaped !!!

BTW Smabat M02's (with Budlocks to hold them in place) are bringing a really open soundstage and plenty of detail. I different but very enjoyable listening experience compared to Shure 535's and nothing like I remember earbuds from 20 years ago.

Hart Audio Cables are good. I don't think their MMCX cable has ear guides (definitely double check though) and they're modular so you can switch out connectors on the source end easily.

Also, if you have steady hands you can remove the external plastic ear guides built into a a lot of MMCX cables with some careful razor work.
