I have been searching for review myself and couldn't find one. I like the approach of getting in hands of some users along with heavy marketing on Facebook. I was planning to try Apple pods but these appear to be more comfortable. If the quality is as good as it is described on the site, these are going to be a game changer. I am little unsure about the price of $99, thought it seems to be a bargain compared to regular price of $149. I may be cheap, but when i spend $50 or more on a pair of ear phones, I need to fall in love with them. I will be happy to add my comments in case I am able to convince myself on pulling the trigger for $99

You could check out Air by crazybaby as an alternative. It's an indiegogo campaign so you're taking your chances with that, but the company has brought products to market before and seems legitimate. Also 'true' wireless, similar pricing and claims about audio performance.

Hello, all! I have been in close contact with Stoned Audio via their Facebook page, and I can provide you with some information about their earphone rollout schedule.
 
They had initially taken many orders before the Holiday 2016 season came around; however, they informed their followers that a production issue (related to the finish of the earphones being scratch-prone when frequently using the charging case), and they sent out a very honest apologetic note indicating that their first shipments would go out mid-January in order to send a quality product vs a timely one. Orders were grouped (so far) into two groups: Batch 1, for those of us who ordered the earphones on or before Dec 19, and Batch 2, for those who ordered after Dec 19. Stoned Audio is in the process of shipping Batch 1 (I'm assured I'll have mine before February), and Batch 2 orders begin shipping mid-February.
 
As a composer, I find myself in mobile situations quite often, and while I love my wired headphones, I've been in need of a high-performance wireless solution to facilitate the handoff between work and play, between Pro Tools playback and phone call, etc., without the bass- and brand-hype of many Bluetooth headphones.
 
I have been highly anticipating these earphones, especially given the performance specifications I require. I will update this thread when I receive my Stoned Audio earphones, and give my first impressions. After a time of using them in the field and assessing them, I will give a fuller review.

It appears that this company delivered very few, if any, working products, and have completely stopped responding to emails.  My pair was defective, and there were MANY other complaints of the same issue.  I got an RMA, but haven't heard a peep since, despite multiple emails and phone calls.  DO. NOT. BUY.

I was gonna get those but seems like they have been behind on shipments and they're kinda pricey. I tried some called vitalplays and their thats their website also. Been using it for 2 months and not bad at all. Connection strong and sound is great but only last 2 hours but so do all the other ones on the market. The upside to this is that its only 50 buck which I don't mind paying. I know I'm gonna lose them but losing 50 is better than 150. Hope this helps. If you guys find anymore bargain ones please let me know also. Thanks in advance.

After encountering so many issues with these earphones while trying to assemble a fair assessment of their sound, I must say that I can't get Stoned Audio wireless earphones to function long enough to analyze them. The charging case is falling apart and the earphones cut out frequently, especially when approaching an earphone with my hand or tilting my head from side to side. The concept is great, but putting out a quality product with this much tech at this pricepoint is probably in the realm of a much larger company with far larger R&D budgets and established clientele bases. Good on the company for their effort, but I'm not sure if I'll ever be using their earphones again, and I certainly cannot recommend them.

After not being able to contact customer service for a defective product, research was done. This design that "Stoned Audio" (SA) claims as their own does not seem to be so. I found several of the same exact buds for sale on Ebay and Amazon with a price tag ranging from $27.00 to $45.00. SA seemed to create a buzz with their advertising (get stoned). As such, it looked like they were designing the buds themselves as they offered preorders while batches were being worked on thus shipped out. As it turns out, the expensive (over $100.00) buds can be bought from China for some $14.00. So, it looks like this: Tons of people preorder (thinking that SA is manufacturing the buds for them), then SA orders said buds for dirt cheap from China. Customers wait forever thinking that the buds are being made by SA. Once the product arrives, people get their buds BUT...customer service & Warranty service is nonexistent!!!!!! SA does not return messages or calls at all. So, if you preordered, you may want to back out ASAP. Get your money back while you can.
