OK, though I know it's ridiculous, I've yet to find anything that replaces my old UE Super.fi 3 IEMs. I've tried a lot but just can't get any satisfaction.

I don;t follow the forums much anymore so I am hoping for some leads. I need something with the following criteria:

- $100 range
- IEMs but not over ear
- On ear but no larger than Porta Pro size
- closed and isolating
- prefer low inpedance

I just returned a pair of FiiO F9s, they sounded pretty good (good enough) but I realized that I no longer want over the ear IEMs.

Maybe check out a 1More Triple Driver. It has solid sound and could potentially work for you. It is in your price range. Maybe read about it and see what you think.

You can get Sennheiser HD25 SP II's on eBay right now, new, for $55 (close out as they've been replaced with a different model for a while). Add $16 for a shorter NewFantasia cable (Amazon) (takes the same as HD600's, HD650's, etc) and you're set. It will be a tad larger than Porta Pro's but for the money, it's a outstanding deal.

Final E3000 are well worth looking in to, excellent sound for the price.

OK the Final E3000/2000 are looking good. Low impedance. Are they closed though? I can't find a word on it.

I'm also having a hard time telling the difference.

They have a vent like most dynamic IEM's but they isolate fairly well.

E2000 is a little more balanced, E3000 a little smoother with a wider soundstage. Both are excellent in their price range.
