Hello to everyone !
I'm looking to improve my portable rig. I currently use KEF M500's on my old Cowon X7. Recently I had a revelation when I plugged the KEF to my JVC EXA10 amp. The sound was so much powerful and with better sound stage !
Would something like the Cowon Plenue D2 be a real step up from the X7 ? Is there anything else in that price range that would sound better ? I'm only looking for a better sound, I don't care about fancy features. And I want it to stay portable, I'm not looking for a combo DAP+Amp...
