I intend to send a private email with the link to the download to everyone who has shown interest. In that way I will not be making it generally available to the public in an uncontrolled fashion.

However, I remembered a few minutes ago that I am going to a dinner this evening so I probably won't be in a fit state to do this until tomorrow evening. Sorry!
